Not recommended during or immediately after microneedling.
While SkinMedica TNS Advanced+ Serum is an excellent anti-aging product, it is not designed to be used during microneedling procedures due to its complex formulation and growth factor technology.
For microneedling, ask your provider or aesthetician for sterile, microneedling-approved serums during the procedure, and use TNS Advanced+ Serum as part of your post-care routine once the skin has calmed down.
