The manufacturer recommends avoiding the eyelids and applying using the following directions:
Apply a small amount (or 1/2 pump) to the palm of hand. Using fingertips, dab and smooth evenly over outside areas of eyes, brow bone and the delicate under-eye area. Avoid eyelids and inner corners of eye.
