All micro needle rollers sold by SkinMedix have individual needles, true needles, and not wedge-shaped spikes or "spikes on a wheel / disc" style rollers. Needles on this product are made of surgical grade stainless steel. Unless the product listing is noted "Titanium", all roller needles are stainless steel.
